When checking your ticket, you will need to present your Jeun’Est card or your identity document if you have the Pass Culture.
You have bought your ticket on our zone51.net or rockyourbrainfest.com box office, you can download your ticket there. Just click on “Already ordered? Get your tickets by clicking here” and you’re good to go. Remember your tickets can be shown on your device at the entrance, they do not need to be printed.
If you bought your ticket on FNAC or Ticketmaster, please contact the point of sale concerned.
The name on the ticket is the name of the original purchaser, but you won’t have any issues entering the event. All tickets are guaranteed to be completely transferable, and you’ll be admitted to the event even if your name doesn’t match the name printed on the ticket.
HOWEVER, be aware that a second hand ticket bought on another platform than Ticketswap and which would be refused by our control devices will be considered INVALID and will not give any right to compensation or claim at your arrival at the festival.
Entry to the festival and the campsites is free for children under 12. The presentation of an identity document is compulsory.
The reservation of free tickets for children is possible when purchasing your ticket only on our websites (zone51.net, rockyourbrainfest.com). These reserved free tickets must be picked up at the box office on the day of the event.
If you have already purchased your tickets (site zone51.net, rockyourbrainfest.com, FNAC or TICKETMASTER) or if you will soon be purchasing your tickets in the networks (FNAC or TICKETMASTER), go directly to the ticket office on the day of the festival to collect your children’s free tickets.
Don’t worry, even without a reservation, we will be happy to welcome the whole family. We reserve places for children.
It is strongly recommended to equip your children with helmets or earplugs (available on the festival site).
They are valid for tent campsite and truck/van campsite. A Campsite Ticket is valid for ONE PERSON ONLY for the duration of the opening of the campsites from 20/07/2022 to 26/07/2022.

To buy all your tickets (festival and/or campsites) on site, a SINGLE POINT OF SALE will be located at the entrance of the festival, open at the following hours
